In-house Electromagnetic Heating Technology
for Heat-Not-Burn Tobacco Products
The newly developed electromagnetic heating element employs electromagnetic induction heating,
enabling rapid preheating and quick heat replenishment during inhalation.
By adjusting the number of coil turns, height, and relative position to the heating element, precise control over the temperature field is achieved. The temperature distribution is uniform, with a wide high-temperature zone, catering to the performance requirements of various tobacco characteristics.
With high thermal conductivity and quick heat exchange with tobacco sticks,
the heating process ensures thorough roasting, producing a large volume of smoke and a flavor remarkably close to traditional cigarettes.
The heating element is made of soft magnetic alloy, offering excellent ductility and resistance to breakage,
completely eliminating the risk of ceramic needle/plate fractures.
